Dish Cafe's Hummus with HimalaSalt & Organic Long Pepper














I can't wait for the chef to return from holidays! We are waiting for his recipe. He used very few ingredients, all of which were fresh, less tahini than usual, so it had a very light, fresh, and clean texture and rich, flavor, especially topped with grated HimalaSalt and fresh ground Himala Organic Long Pepper.
