HimalaSalt & Pink Peppercorns for Salads and Grilling






Ingredients

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
HimalaSalt™, fine grain or coarse ground, finely ground
Organic Garlic, finely minced, or organic dehydrated garlic bits
Organic fresh lemon juice
Organic Himala Pink Peppercorns

In a bowl, add organic extra virgin olive oil, HimalaSalt, minced garlic or dehydrated organic garlic bits, add lemon juice and stir. Pour on salad, toss and add pink peppercorns, toss lightly again. Adjust proportions to taste and quantity per number of people served.

For grilling, adjust recipe by using a pinch more HimalaSalt, a bit less lemon, and marinate vegetables or fish for 2 hours before grilling.
